Vincent has been entrenched in the Greater Metropolitan Phoenix business community for the past 15 years and is comfortably rooted in the West Valley where he has lived for his entire Arizona tenure. He has developed long-lasting personal and business relationships through his multiple business projects including Commercial Landscape Management, Real Estate Investment and Development, as well as Restaurant Ownership, and consulting on numerous business dealings. Vincent currently spends his daily energy focusing on commercial/residential real estate investment projects and serving the needs of numerous buyers and sellers.
Prior to stepping into the world of real estate 12 years ago, Vincent spent tireless hours building his business management company where he consulted on numerous projects across several industries and cities from Phoenix to San Diego to San Francisco, as well as his commercial landscape company, of which he remains a silent partner. His true passion lies within the scope of building relationships, serving his community, and getting the best possible real estate deals for his clients and investment partners.
Vincent holds a B.S. in Hotel and Restaurant Management from Cal-Poly University and he opened his first restaurant at the ripe age of 25. He was subsequently named by BizAz Magazine as one of 10 "Up and Coming" restaurateurs and proceeded to win several yearly critic awards, including being named "Best Seafood Restaurant" by Phoenix Magazine for his Restaurant Oceana. Vincent is also a founding Board Member for 1Mission, a non-profit organization that gives people in poverty the opportunity to earn a house. He has also served on the Board of Directors for the Fellowship of Christian Athletes, is an Elder at his community church, and supports numerous local charities. Vincent is married to Diana and they live in Glendale with their 5 young kids.
